- Wash the sea moss thoroughly in clean water 3 to 4 times to remove residual sand and sea salt.

- Submerge and soak the washed sea moss in spring or distilled water for at least 24 hours.

- Blend until gelled.

- Cool down and refrigerate gel.

- For quicker gel creations, boil the sea moss as the heat will cause the fibers of the moss to soften and break down quicker. Let cool.

- Blend until gelled.
